Decided to buy some appliances, spoke with the person in the store (it was a Sunday) who mentioned it might be delivered late Monday afternoon. Continued the conversation and then she mentioned they don't deliver on Mondays, so it would be Wednesday. A minute later, she said the delivery person was busy, so I might be lucky to get it by Friday afternoon... all without even checking her computer. In just 5 minutes, a whole week was added to the delivery time. Completely turned me off the purchase. Left the store empty-handed.
Outstanding service! Jess, the manager, went the extra mile to assist my dad when he faced an issue. Highly recommend this place, would give 10 stars if possible. Thank you!
Visited this shop twice in the past week, been a loyal customer of Wellington Smith City for over 33 years. The first time, the person attending was not friendly at all. Today, I encountered a brunette lady who was very unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. Harvey Norman got my business and will continue to do so. Will definitely reconsider coming back to this store.
