There was no pressure to buy, and once we settled on the model, we were guided through the subsequent steps and informed about the installation process. We were kept updated on the installation schedule, and the installation team of Peter and colleague were highly professional, providing us with a thorough explanation of how to maintain the spa. Highly recommend Spa World.
An excellent shopping experience. The sales representative, Jemima, was friendly and well-informed about the different products. Communication regarding payments and delivery was seamless. Peter, who delivered and installed the unit, was extremely efficient and professional. Overall, we are thrilled with our Jacuzzi.
