This feedback is for gel nails. Despite the person who did my nails being pleasant, the outcome was a disaster. I got them done for a wedding, but two days later, five of my nails were badly chipped and two were peeling off. Now, less than a week later, 8 out of 10 fingernails have peeled off! Even on the first day, they looked like they were done a week before because the polish was applied too far from the cuticle. There were also missing bits on the sides. One of my toes completely lost its polish. It was evident that the person lacked experience in nail care. I don't think this salon should offer nail services. I've had gel nails many times, and these were the worst. The color choices were limited, and they were out of bright red, claiming it was "popular." Why not keep enough supplies? Sorry, Wax bar, but focus on waxing or provide better training for your nail technicians. I did appreciate the conversation with the nail technician, unlike many places where the staff don't talk to me, probably due to language barriers, but they do nails much better than The Wax Bar.
Always top-notch service, staff are approachable and go the extra mile. Affordable too, won't break the bank! I've become a regular and won't be switching elsewhere.
From the moment I stepped into the shop, I was welcomed by friendly staff and felt comfortable. The treatments were all top-notch. I highly recommend this place, see it for yourself. I'm a big fan!
