Great service, quick, effective, fair price, professional, friendly, pleasant environment, skilled with sensitive adhesive, my lashes hold up really well and look fantastic!
Lovely lads and pleasant warm setting however my lashes needed a refill within 3 days of initial service. But couldn't secure an appointment till 5 days later. I was extra cautious, yet apparently my eyes watering during the procedure caused this or maybe because it was my first time with lash extensions...? Discussed this with various women, and from their experience, it shouldn't have led to the loss of lashes I experienced. I had to shell out for this refill as well, totaling $105... and even after this, I'm still dissatisfied. Lashes were missed, and now I have one eye very full and another sparse with gaps. Apologies, ladies if you come across this, but I won't be a repeat customer. After waiting for 2 weeks and removing the remaining ones with oil, I switched to another place where I was informed that the lashes I requested were not the standard "classic" and much longer and larger than the industry norm. I've been going to Bonita Beauty since then and haven't encountered any of the aforementioned issues. Not even watery eyes 😅
