The therapist was top-notch and attentive. The spot is just a hop away from the shore and was squeaky clean and neat. The service was sweet as from start to finish. “Kia ora, thank you so much for teaching me how to communicate with my body and accept it without judgment. Recently, I had a session of Kahi Loa with Tui in her cozy studio where I shared my concerns about constant fatigue and persistent lower back pain. Tui showed me how to be mindful of the areas of discomfort and how to channel healing energy into my body by focusing on breathing and areas of tension. She also guided me through a body scan, encouraging me to be aware of the sensation throughout my body. By the end of the session, I felt completely comfortable and connected with my inner self, exploring my feelings and emotions. Although I felt a bit low on energy and experienced some pain after the movements, the very next day, I felt like a new person, filled with optimism and in tune with my body. Tui significantly helped me to reduce my stress level by teaching me techniques that challenged my understanding of the source of pain. At another level of this treatment, Tui listened to my story, and she also gave me guidance on many aspects of my physical and spiritual life.
