“Kia ora, thank you so much for teaching me how to communicate with my body and accept it without judgment. Recently, I had a session of Kahi Loa with Tui in her cozy studio where I shared my concerns about constant fatigue and persistent lower back pain. Tui showed me how to be mindful of the areas of discomfort and how to channel healing energy into my body by focusing on breathing and areas of tension. She also guided me through a body scan, encouraging me to be aware of the sensation throughout my body. By the end of the session, I felt completely comfortable and connected with my inner self, exploring my feelings and emotions. Although I felt a bit low on energy and experienced some pain after the movements, the very next day, I felt like a new person, filled with optimism and in tune with my body. Tui significantly helped me to reduce my stress level by teaching me techniques that challenged my understanding of the source of pain. At another level of this treatment, Tui listened to my story, and she also gave me guidance on many aspects of my physical and spiritual life. It was a transformative experience, and I highly recommend the treatment path with Tui to anyone who suffers from unexplained pain and low energy levels or is not able to define a relation to their body.
I have had the pleasure of a few massages from Tui now and have enjoyed every one of them. She is very welcoming and professional, has a wonderful studio set up and is so relaxed, there is never a rush which adds to a great massage experience. Looking forward to my next one, can`t wait.
I would like to express my gratitude to Tui for her fantastic massage. After my cervical spine surgery, I couldn’t move my neck, my back, shoulders, and arms were hurting so much. After the first session, I stopped taking heavy painkillers, I could move my neck, and the pain in other parts of my body subsided. The second session confirmed to me that it was the best decision to leave my body in Tui's professional hands. Highly recommend Tui.
