I don't usually do this, but I've just experienced disrespect from the owner after I mentioned that the hair I purchased is tangled and a mess. His response was, "What do you expect me to do? I've been braiding for 20 years; it's not my issue." As a business owner, it's your responsibility to take care of your customers so they come back! I will never buy braiding hair from this establishment again, and the owner needs to learn how to respect clients!
Top-notch hair braiding in the west. Highly recommend to everyone 🤗. They are incredibly kind and went above and beyond with my braids. I needed them urgently for an event, and they delivered in no time. My son and other family members also frequent this place. You won't be disappointed.
