You're in excellent hands here!!! Osteopathy with the option of acupuncture? Brilliant!! I was such a doubter about acupuncture, but Kahu LITERALLY managed to get me walking again, and worked with my whole wellness team pre and post surgery, with my goal of competing for a World title in dance. Kahu is knowledgeable and funny as heck!! Drop them a line.
I have tried out quite a few health practitioners for both long and short term imbalances and Kahu is by far the most effective. So nice to feel the tension and pain disappear, and more movement and ease return to my body! Very professional, welcoming, able to adapt to your needs, and all in a lovely space. Highly recommended.
I am pleasantly surprised and impressed at how effective a few sessions of osteo with Kahu have been. I went in feeling off balance with cramps in both my calves, a knee strain and my plantar fasciitis really quite painful. Their physical manipulation and advice have eased my discomfort, loosened cramps and helped me feel more aligned and therefore moving more correctly. This past weekend I did a 5km barefoot walk - something that hasn’t happened in almost 12 months! Great work Kahu.
