Terrible ordeal! Rating of 1 star is far too generous, if there was a way to give a negative rating, I would. Absolutely dreadful. Incredibly unfriendly, lacking professionalism in both staff and service. When I went in for my eyebrows, the individual carrying out the threading didn't bother to ask for my preferences. And when I tried to communicate, they simply ignored me. The plucking was so rough that it caused a pounding pain in my head. They didn't even apply powder, causing my hands to slip. Despite my discomfort, they were rude and kept instructing me to hold my brows. To top it off, they didn't even bother to brush off the plucked hairs from my face. Utterly unprofessional. My eyes were left swollen and red. Just the worst.

Do not entrust these individuals with your eyebrows. I specifically requested only the bottom of my tail to be waxed, yet they proceeded to wax and thread around the entire brow, extending far too high. Despite my preference for a natural look and no change in shape, they created a new arch that began 1cm into the brow, despite my perfectly straight brows that I had been cultivating for months. I chose not to voice my dissatisfaction, simply paid and left as my instructions were blatantly disregarded and irreparable damage was done.

Appalling experience! The personnel at this salon displayed sheer arrogance and a shocking lack of professionalism. I visited for eyebrow threading, but the individual performing the service didn't bother to inquire about my desires or preferred style. The outcome was highly disappointing and left me feeling dissatisfied. It's truly astonishing that such individuals are permitted to represent the establishment. If you seek quality service, avoid this place at all costs.
