Came here to do full face wax. I normally come here because she’s good with my brows, but my recent visit. The lady asked what I wanted done so said full face. She said to me “I’m very busy today, I normally only do eyebrows or upper lip, I’m very busy to do full face” and bragged on saying I’ll only do parts that need doing. It didn’t quite hit me until she started working on my face that I was heating up with anger. Showed her hunger for money. And there was only 2 other girls waiting 🤦🏽♀️

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! As soon as I walk in, the owner was like okay I’ll serve you but if my regular customers come then I’m serving them first, firstly shop was empty secondly doesn’t offer appointments so can’t even book in advance so not my fault if I come before your regulars. Owners own personal hygiene was very poor, needs some deodorant. There was just 3 of us getting eyebrows done and she was like you are taking up too much time come to me when I’m quiet. Who does that? I understand you might not need new customers but when you do get some learn some customer service skills!
