Some employees are kind, chatty, and caring, while others are quite rude. They misheard my digits and scolded me for it; if you're in a rush, avoid this place. My GP sent the script half an hour ago, I informed them I'd be there in 15 mins, but they only checked it when I arrived, making me wait longer. What's the point of electronic scripts if they're only reviewed upon pickup, causing more waiting time? Thanks to the friendly staff, I'm giving 4 stars; otherwise, it'd be 1 star.
Terrible service here. Poor communication. I purchased a $200 toothbrush from this outlet. When it malfunctioned, I returned it for repair or replacement. They refused to take responsibility. After speaking with the store manager, he assured me of a solution. I've been waiting patiently, but two months have gone by with no response... Where's my toothbrush?! Very let down...
Seems like everyone struggles with the same elderly lady. I don't ask for much when buying, just scan and let me pay, but why does she have to sour my visits with her "attitude" every time? She should find a different job if she can't handle people; she's the worst in customer service.
