Truly grateful for her assistance and amiable demeanor. Visited the store this afternoon for a scrunchie, the young lady with a hair scarf who served me at the counter was also kind. Appreciate this delightful retail experience :-)

Went to drop off a prescription and cannot believe how stubborn the pharmacist was. Shop staff were very good but the pharmacist had no smile, won't even come out to communicate as I had a request for stat dispensing. The pharmacist's attitude was like we were doing him a favour, in fact there are several other pharmacies in the area and would be happy to take our prescriptions there. It does not cost to smile and does not cost to come out have a word with customers instead of passing messages back and forth via shop staff.
