My first keratin treatment was fantastic. However, this time the stylist barely used any product and was quite rough, almost as if she was inexperienced. Requested the hair stylist to avoid using the large shaver on my hair. Trimming around the ears with a small shaver was acceptable. However, she assured me of her expertise, then proceeded to use the large shaver, shaving down the side of my head. When I questioned her actions, she reiterated her confidence in her skills. I expected to have a say in my haircut, but it seemed otherwise.

I adore how she meticulously explained the reasons behind the specific cut my hair needed, then brought my locks back to life with the face-framing layers I desired. Such a stunning salon, with the most welcoming team. I felt so at home as soon as I stepped through the door. I enjoyed a relaxing head massage and then Hine had a korero with me about my preferences and executed it perfectly. Adore my haircut and the whole experience!
