Came here to do full face wax. I normally come here because she’s good with my brows, but my recent visit. The lady asked what I wanted done so said full face. She said to me “I’m very busy today, I normally only do eyebrows or upper lip, I’m very busy to do full face” and bragged on saying I’ll only do parts that need doing. It didn’t quite hit me until she started working on my face that I was heating up with anger. Showed her hunger for money. Terrible ordeal! Rating of 1 star is far too generous, if there was a way to give a negative rating, I would. Absolutely dreadful. Incredibly unfriendly, lacking professionalism in both staff and service. When I went in for my eyebrows, the individual carrying out the threading didn't bother to ask for my preferences. And when I tried to communicate, they simply ignored me. The plucking was so rough that it caused a pounding pain in my head. They didn't even apply powder, causing my hands to slip. Despite my discomfort, they were rude and kept instructing me to hold my brows. To top it off, they didn't even bother to brush off the plucked hairs from my face. Utterly unprofessional. My eyes were left swollen and red. She was not only a delightful conversationalist but also accommodating and confident in delivering services that would please me. My appointment was enjoyable, filled with pleasant chats, and I left with top-notch human hair extensions matching my natural hair color and length. They were not overly tight and have maintained a fabulous look! I highly endorse her for quality and the overall experience. Mishandled lash applications resulting in glued eyes, clients bleeding from threading, and rough pedicure leading to cut cuticles. Additionally, in New Zealand, the expectation is to converse in ENGLISH, not in-store language. If possible, I'd rate you a negative 10.
