The customer service is choice and the check-ins before your appointment via phone call, email/txt are quick and informative. Rescheduling is a piece of cake too, the staff are really accommodating to your needs. I have been with Brooke for a while and have loved being her client. She is so bubbly and kind and is so informative and knowledgeable about the treatments she offers. I feel comfortable and safe with Brooke and think she’s an absolute star! Tara has been exceptional since I first became her client. I have never considered getting my hair done elsewhere, except for one time when she was fully booked because of how fantastic she is. My child has also become her client recently, and she shares my sentiments. With her long hair, my daughter appreciates Tara's consistency. Some employees are kind, chatty, and caring, while others are quite rude. They misheard my digits and scolded me for it; if you're in a rush, avoid this place. My GP sent the script half an hour ago, I informed them I'd be there in 15 mins, but they only checked it when I arrived, making me wait longer. What's the point of electronic scripts if they're only reviewed upon pickup, causing more waiting time?
