Introduced to laser treatment from a good mate of mine, I haven’t looked back and have been with The Cosmetic Clinic Westcity for almost a year now! The customer service is choice and the check-ins before your appointment via phone call, email/txt are quick and informative. Rescheduling is a piece of cake too, the staff are really accommodating to your needs. I have been with Brooke for a while and have loved being her client. She is so bubbly and kind and is so informative and knowledgeable about the treatments she offers. I feel comfortable and safe with Brooke and think she’s an absolute star! This is a fantastic hair salon. The Kiwis are all very friendly, welcoming, and they are so lovely. Kate gave me a beach waves perm and did a perfect job of it. I had a really disappointing time at this salon. My grandmother and I came in for a haircut, showing the stylist two different styles. We asked which one she thought would work and if she could do it.
