I don't usually do this, but I've just experienced disrespect from the owner after I mentioned that the hair I purchased is tangled and a mess. His response was, "What do you expect me to do? I've been braiding for 20 years; it's not my issue." As a business owner, it's your responsibility to take care of your customers so they come back! Alright I’m going to share my personal view.
I found it took way too long to have my nails done1:05pm-3:10pm is way too long for me and she used this tiny uv light that was burning my fingers 😵💫so if you are wanting to get your nails done make sure you don’t have kids to pick up from school and can handle a little bit of burning of the fingers. As for me I won’t be going back.

I wish l'd found this spot ages ago. Close to Westfield mall, family-run business. The folks here are so warm and caring. I admire the selection of children's books they have for waiting customers. Very considerate. To get to Nulooks Beauty & Hair salon at 15 Pooks Road, Ranui, Auckland 0612, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 125 from Auckland CBD and get off at the Ranui Train Station. From there, it's a short walk to the salon. If driving, head northwest on Swanson Road, turn left onto Ranui Station Road, then right onto Pooks Road where the salon is located.

This is a fantastic hair salon. The Kiwis are all very friendly, welcoming, and they are so lovely. Kate gave me a beach waves perm and did a perfect job of it.
