Their service is exceptional, and their customer care is top-notch. Whenever I'm feeling down, I can always rely on the delightful Nisha and Ashika for a rejuvenating head massage and some wise words, and the talented Luis, the hair maestro, always delivers. Sometimes I just visit for a good chuckle or to let off steam 😂😂.. Went for a trim and absolutely do not recommend it. It was a painful experience for someone with a high pain threshold; it felt like she was tugging on my hair with scissors as they were not gliding smoothly during the cut. My hair is a complete mess; I asked for layers and ended up with three-quarters of my head the same length and very short. I am unfamiliar with this shopping centre, so I went to the first hair salon I saw. If I had known there were others, I definitely would not have chosen this one. I wish l'd found this spot ages ago. Close to Westfield mall, family-run business. The folks here are so warm and caring. I admire the selection of children's books they have for waiting customers. Very considerate.
