The customer service is choice and the check-ins before your appointment via phone call, email/txt are quick and informative. Rescheduling is a piece of cake too, the staff are really accommodating to your needs. I have been with Brooke for a while and have loved being her client. She is so bubbly and kind and is so informative and knowledgeable about the treatments she offers. I feel comfortable and safe with Brooke and think she’s an absolute star! I have visited multiple times as it is very convenient to stop by, each time there has been no greeting or welcome but conversation continued amongst the ladies in their own language. A simple smile and hello each time would have gone a long way.
