New management? I don’t know, but they have really reduced their quality in the last couple of months. I have been going here for years and I love it but I asked why my acrylic nails were different lengths (despite telling them the length I wanted was the middle finger) and the response was ‘that’s how they meant to be measured’. The people here are so unfriendly. They are quite rough when doing nail art, and I ended up with a cut on my finger.
