I've encountered situations where the staff at this chemist have left me feeling intimidated and humiliated. Once while purchasing a pharmacy-only medication, and once while trying to fill a private prescription. Mishandled lash applications resulting in glued eyes, clients bleeding from threading, and rough pedicure leading to cut cuticles. Additionally, in New Zealand, the expectation is to converse in ENGLISH, not in-store language. If possible, I'd rate you a negative 10. Some employees are kind, chatty, and caring, while others are quite rude. They misheard my digits and scolded me for it; if you're in a rush, avoid this place. My GP sent the script half an hour ago, I informed them I'd be there in 15 mins, but they only checked it when I arrived, making me wait longer. What's the point of electronic scripts if they're only reviewed upon pickup, causing more waiting time?

Went to drop off a prescription and cannot believe how stubborn the pharmacist was. Shop staff were very good but the pharmacist had no smile, won't even come out to communicate as I had a request for stat dispensing. The pharmacist's attitude was like we were doing him a favour, in fact there are several other pharmacies in the area and would be happy to take our prescriptions there. It does not cost to smile and does not cost to come out have a word with customers instead of passing messages back and forth via shop staff.About

How can i get there
To get to Lynnmall Pharmacy at 3058 Great North Road, New Lynn, Auckland 0600, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 18 from the city center and get off at the New Lynn Transport Centre. From there, it's a short walk to the pharmacy. If driving, head west on Great North Road and continue straight for about 3.5 kilometers until you reach the pharmacy located near the intersection of Great North Road and Delta Avenue.

The computer showed two cupboards in stock in their depot within the building. After payment, I waited 25 minutes but they couldn't locate one. They then attempted to sell me the display model at the same price. I insisted on a discount as it was a demo unit. They agreed to a slight reduction. Upon inspecting the floor model, I found human hair in it, indicating it was second-hand. I was appalled by this. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would've requested a refund and shopped elsewhere. They offered further discount for it being used, but such incidents should never occur in a professional establishment.
