They're friendly, considerate, patient, and polite. They excel at side fades and I admire their work; however, when I requested them to trim the top half of my hair, they only clipped the middle, leaving the rest untended. It appears as if someone chewed on the front of my hair. It seems like they were eager to move on to coloring the hair of the other clients. I wanted to support a local business, but now I must search for another hairdresser or barber.About

Went for a trim and absolutely do not recommend it. It was a painful experience for someone with a high pain threshold; it felt like she was tugging on my hair with scissors as they were not gliding smoothly during the cut. My hair is a complete mess; I asked for layers and ended up with three-quarters of my head the same length and very short. I am unfamiliar with this shopping centre, so I went to the first hair salon I saw. If I had known there were others, I definitely would not have chosen this one. This is a fantastic hair salon. The Kiwis are all very friendly, welcoming, and they are so lovely. Kate gave me a beach waves perm and did a perfect job of it. I wish l'd found this spot ages ago. Close to Westfield mall, family-run business. The folks here are so warm and caring. I admire the selection of children's books they have for waiting customers. Very considerate.
