Requested the hair stylist to avoid using the large shaver on my hair. Trimming around the ears with a small shaver was acceptable. However, she assured me of her expertise, then proceeded to use the large shaver, shaving down the side of my head. When I questioned her actions, she reiterated her confidence in her skills. I expected to have a say in my haircut, but it seemed otherwise.

Such a stunning salon, with the most welcoming team. I felt so at home as soon as I stepped through the door. I enjoyed a relaxing head massage and then Hine had a korero with me about my preferences and executed it perfectly. Adore my haircut and the whole experience!
