Alright I’m going to share my personal view.
I found it took way too long to have my nails done1:05pm-3:10pm is way too long for me and she used this tiny uv light that was burning my fingers 😵💫so if you are wanting to get your nails done make sure you don’t have kids to pick up from school and can handle a little bit of burning of the fingers. As for me I won’t be going back.

Overall I would highly recommend Caci in New Zealand. Reception is super friendly and the clinic is really easy to get to / find. Consultation was phenomenal from making me feel comfortable to the explanation of the treatment. I have been going to Hine for years. She is amazing. She always takes the time to ensure my lashes, brows, and nails are done perfectly (unlike other nail salons that rush it). Her work is always exceptional. 100/10. Highly recommend 👌

I have been coming here for over 15 years now and always receive exceptional service!!! I always leave feeling completely pampered. Catherine is also a great listener if I’ve had a tough week, has also been a huge support when I had family go through major health condition constantly checking in on me. Can’t imagine a lot of beauty therapists going that extra mile. Highly recommend 🥰🌺

Terrible ordeal! Rating of 1 star is far too generous, if there was a way to give a negative rating, I would. Absolutely dreadful. Incredibly unfriendly, lacking professionalism in both staff and service. When I went in for my eyebrows, the individual carrying out the threading didn't bother to ask for my preferences. And when I tried to communicate, they simply ignored me. The plucking was so rough that it caused a pounding pain in my head. They didn't even apply powder, causing my hands to slip. Despite my discomfort, they were rude and kept instructing me to hold my brows. To top it off, they didn't even bother to brush off the plucked hairs from my face. Utterly unprofessional. My eyes were left swollen and red.
