Scheduled via text after waiting a couple of days for them to reach out. Took time off work for a small piece. He messaged me before my appointment and apologized that his current client was taking longer than expected - can we reschedule?? After some texting back and forth, he agreed to notify me when he finished with that client - so I could still get it done that day. But no!! then he messaged to say he was done for the day and asked if I could come back next week.
