This is a fantastic hair salon. The Kiwis are all very friendly, welcoming, and they are so lovely. Kate gave me a beach waves perm and did a perfect job of it. I don't usually do this, but I've just experienced disrespect from the owner after I mentioned that the hair I purchased is tangled and a mess. His response was, "What do you expect me to do? I've been braiding for 20 years; it's not my issue." As a business owner, it's your responsibility to take care of your customers so they come back! I wish l'd found this spot ages ago. Close to Westfield mall, family-run business. The folks here are so warm and caring. I admire the selection of children's books they have for waiting customers. Very considerate.
