While exploring in New Zealand last month I was seeking a spot to have my eyelashes tinted, as I'm accustomed to doing that in the Dutch. It was a tad tricky to locate a place that offered tinting solely, without extensions or lifts. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Aroha's Beauty Studio.
I phoned Aroha ahead of time, wanting to grasp more about the specifics of her tinting technique. Her lucid explanation (matching the same high standards as back home), attentiveness, and warmth put me at ease. The tinting procedure was expertly done, painless, and yielded a flawless outcome.
If only I resided near this salon, I would undeniably revisit. Highly recommended!About

To get to Hina's Beauty Care at 236 West Coast Road in Glen Eden, Auckland 0602, you can take the bus number 154 from Auckland CBD and get off at Glen Eden Train Station, then walk about 10 minutes to reach the salon. If you prefer to drive, you can take West Coast Road from the intersection with Glendale Road, and the salon will be on your left after passing the intersection with Golf Road.

🪔We indulged in a Couples massage experience with a "Traditional Thai massage" in New Zealand, and it was incredibly relaxing. The pressure was evenly distributed across our bodies, creating a soothing sensation. Opting for a medium pressure, I particularly enjoyed the head and neck massage, which was comforting. The application of a warm flannel on the forehead and back was a nice touch, as it didn't leave any greasy residue. If driving, head west on Great North Road from Lincoln Road, then turn right onto Paramount Drive and left onto Great North Road to reach the spa.
Chose this spot randomly for a trial, and had a good time. Spot seems fairly new and machines are good,
(Although some machines seem more suited for a larger frame!)

This is my fave spot for top-notch massages that don't break the bank. My flatmate and I always book a duo massage and all the crew here are super lovely, respectful, and ace at Thai massages.
