I advise against purchasing electronics from Farmers. I acquired an immersion blender that malfunctioned after just 2 months and a mere 3 uses. Unfortunately, due to a new customer-unfriendly policy, I couldn't receive a direct replacement. Instead, it must be sent back to Panasonic, with uncertainty about whether I'll receive a new product or a refund after their assessment. This policy is highly disappointing; there are far more customer-focused stores to consider for your electronics needs.
Recently, I visited Farmers to buy a fragrance and the attendant assisting us was outstanding. She generously let us sample the entire perfume collection to choose from. Despite mentioning her upcoming clock-off time, she still managed to recommend the perfect scent for me. Additionally, she offered valuable advice for navigating my first year at university, showing great care. If she could, she'd sell me the entire store!
