I can't find a single fault with this local pharmacy! They have consistently gone above and beyond for me and my whānau over the past few years. They've even chased up repeat scripts that were forgotten by the GP. What's even more admirable is that Michael is actively engaged with our community at a grassroots level. By the people, for the people!
There used to be top-notch friendly service that's why we choose to support locals. So who's the true champion now with free prescriptions everywhere? If the service is subpar, we'll take our business elsewhere. The new pair running this pharmacy aren't welcoming at all. We've been back for the third time to collect our prescription, and the vibes I get from them are very cold every visit. Your loss. A simple smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and being friendly isn't hard to do, would you agree?
Michael and her team are absolutely fantastic. They remember who I am and make me feel like they genuinely care. They always go the extra mile to assist. Merry Christmas, team!
