I've encountered situations where the staff at this chemist have left me feeling intimidated and humiliated. Once while purchasing a pharmacy-only medication, and once while trying to fill a private prescription. On both occasions, a male staff member rudely and loudly assumed what I needed (like assuming I wanted assistance with my health insurance details, and adamantly refusing before I even mentioned it, when I just wanted to pay in cash - I only needed a receipt)
If I could give negative stars, I would do so immediately. My experience was absolutely terrible – the medication provided was incorrect, resulting in a complete waste of my time. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place to prevent going through the same awful ordeal I faced.
