Requested the hair stylist to avoid using the large shaver on my hair. Trimming around the ears with a small shaver was acceptable. However, she assured me of her expertise, then proceeded to use the large shaver, shaving down the side of my head. When I questioned her actions, she reiterated her confidence in her skills. I expected to have a say in my haircut, but it seemed otherwise.

She inquires about your desired style, attentively listens to your preferences, and consistently checks in with you during the process to ensure your satisfaction. She familiarizes herself with your hairstyle preferences and incorporates them into each haircut session. I have curly hair and she consistently delivers exceptional results.
