Contacted this establishment to have a GM key blade cut. After providing all the technical details and numbers, a staff member confirmed it could be done for a certain price, which turned out to be higher than what a high-end automotive locksmith specialist had quoted. Despite this, I decided to visit the branch due to its proximity, but was shocked when the staff member raised the price upon arrival, claiming it was the actual cost. Their lack of transparency in pricing is concerning. Avoid this store if you want to avoid being overcharged. The staff member present was of European descent. Would rate zero if possible.
Brought in my work heels (Piccadilly) because one of the heels had come off. They immediately reassured me that it was an easy fix and I could return the next day to collect them. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price! I will definitely return for any future repairs needed. Thank you, Mister Minit 🙌🏽...
Extremely dissatisfied. Spent a significant amount to repair my boots, only to find the workmanship was subpar. The person re-heeling my boots actually damaged the side of the heels during the process. When I raised this issue upon collection, I was told it was just wear and tear! This damage was definitely not present when I initially brought in the boots. Now, I'll have to spend even more money to fix this new issue. Do not recommend this service. Very poor quality of work and customer service.
