Was recommended this place by a friend and I'm so grateful I came. The owner, a lovely individual, was incredibly kind, empathetic, and well-informed about foot issues. Since getting my custom shoe inserts, my heel pain while walking has completely vanished. Had a fantastic experience and would definitely suggest it to everyone!
Not a fan of the foot evaluation I received at this establishment. Went in a year ago to have custom insoles made to enhance the comfort of all my shoes. Spent a significant amount of money on them only to find they were extremely uncomfortable. It felt like having two golf balls in each shoe - unbearable. Ended up not wearing them as they were too painful and looked nothing like the images on the website or other places I had seen. Also, the condition I was diagnosed with by the individual I saw is not something I have or have ever had. Misdiagnosis.
Absolutely thrilled with the service and quality of the insoles I received here in New Zealand. Had a couple of pairs custom-made a while back and after a bit of getting used to, they were incredibly comfortable. Decided to get two more pairs for all my shoes - for work, the gym, around the house, you name it. Highly recommend this place!
