I've been going to Prestige Groom Room for many years now, and they never fail to make me feel fresh and confident about my appearance. A special shoutout to barber Ryan who always makes me feel sharp.
⭐ Prestige is definitely the top barbershop in Wellington. We travel from Waikanae just to have a trim there. The team is always welcoming, the shop is spotless, and they excel at cutting hair for both adults and tamariki. Thank you team 💈
My tamaiti has been waiting for 3 hours for his haircut and still hasn't been attended to, no updates on timing and no mention of bookings between walk-ins. Shockingly poor service!!! Making anyone wait 3 hours for a haircut is unbelievably slow, with 3-4 barbers and only 2 present, now 4. This is unacceptable!!! Communication is crucial, they could have simply said they couldn't accommodate walk-ins at the moment or at all. He really wants a haircut like most tamariki do. It's disheartening that your business operates with no communication to customers and just leaves them waiting for hours on end. Waiting 3 hours is what I'd expect at a wahine salon for a balayage, guys. Very disappointing service.
