Kia ora team. The service overall is top-notch, and it was tough to give only 4 stars. I held back the 5-star rating due to my interactions with the same individual at the front counter on 6 occasions. They don't appear to find joy in assisting customers... welcoming folks with a smile and genuine interest is fundamental front counter etiquette... not just going through the motions and replying with a 'good day'. Cheers.
The team at New Lynn Resene colorshop are incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.
Absolute shocker, popped in to confirm the shade availability, and the staff claimed they didn't have it. Upon speaking with the manager, it turns out they did have it. What a flamin' discriminatory service they offer! I wouldn't suggest anyone visit there for anything.
