My first keratin treatment was fantastic. However, this time the stylist barely used any product and was quite rough, almost as if she was inexperienced. Some employees are kind, chatty, and caring, while others are quite rude. They misheard my digits and scolded me for it; if you're in a rush, avoid this place. My GP sent the script half an hour ago, I informed them I'd be there in 15 mins, but they only checked it when I arrived, making me wait longer. What's the point of electronic scripts if they're only reviewed upon pickup, causing more waiting time?
