I have been going here for years and I love it but I asked why my acrylic nails were different lengths (despite telling them the length I wanted was the middle finger) and the response was ‘that’s how they meant to be measured’. The computer showed two cupboards in stock in their depot within the building. After payment, I waited 25 minutes but they couldn't locate one. They then attempted to sell me the display model at the same price. I insisted on a discount as it was a demo unit. They agreed to a slight reduction. Upon inspecting the floor model, I found human hair in it, indicating it was second-hand. I was appalled by this. If I wasn't pressed for time, I would've requested a refund and shopped elsewhere. They offered further discount for it being used, but such incidents should never occur in a professional establishment.
