I've encountered situations where the staff at this chemist have left me feeling intimidated and humiliated. Once while purchasing a pharmacy-only medication, and once while trying to fill a private prescription. Went for a trim and absolutely do not recommend it. It was a painful experience for someone with a high pain threshold; it felt like she was tugging on my hair with scissors as they were not gliding smoothly during the cut. My hair is a complete mess; I asked for layers and ended up with three-quarters of my head the same length and very short. I am unfamiliar with this shopping centre, so I went to the first hair salon I saw. If I had known there were others, I definitely would not have chosen this one. Despite my grievances, they never showed concern or ensured my satisfaction and comfort. Luckily, a friend recommended Veva Hair Extensions, and I decided to reach out to Veva. She was not only a delightful conversationalist but also accommodating and confident in delivering services that would please me. My appointment was enjoyable, filled with pleasant chats, and I left with top-notch human hair extensions matching my natural hair color and length. They were not overly tight and have maintained a fabulous look! I highly endorse her for quality and the overall experience. Terrible ordeal! Rating of 1 star is far too generous, if there was a way to give a negative rating, I would. Absolutely dreadful. Incredibly unfriendly, lacking professionalism in both staff and service. When I went in for my eyebrows, the individual carrying out the threading didn't bother to ask for my preferences. And when I tried to communicate, they simply ignored me. The plucking was so rough that it caused a pounding pain in my head. They didn't even apply powder, causing my hands to slip. Despite my discomfort, they were rude and kept instructing me to hold my brows. To top it off, they didn't even bother to brush off the plucked hairs from my face. Utterly unprofessional. My eyes were left swollen and red.
