Went for a trim and absolutely do not recommend it. It was a painful experience for someone with a high pain threshold; it felt like she was tugging on my hair with scissors as they were not gliding smoothly during the cut. My hair is a complete mess; I asked for layers and ended up with three-quarters of my head the same length and very short. I am unfamiliar with this shopping centre, so I went to the first hair salon I saw. If I had known there were others, I definitely would not have chosen this one. Avoid this place.
Just took my daughter for a haircut and the barber there had no idea how to style my daughter's hair. I was guiding her on how to cut my daughter's hair the entire time (clearly inexperienced). Additionally, the gentleman who works there is incredibly impolite and started yelling at me. My daughter's first haircut was a disaster. I will not be returning to this establishment!
Quite inconsistent. I've had satisfactory cuts there, but also some regrettable ones. The prices are too steep considering the staff lack proper training. Just got my daughter's hair cut there today and she completely ruined it. It was like watching a child play with a doll's hair.
