Took my child for a haircut, it took only 5 minutes and we left with a chunk missing from the front. Will not be returning.
My visit here was fantastic! I spontaneously dropped in towards the end of the day. I was welcomed with a smile and received such authentic service. The haircut I received was exactly what I had envisioned, and I am extremely satisfied!
Extremely let down after bringing my 3yo daughter to East Harbour Snipping Shack on Monday the 12th of Feb 24. I requested a trim on the sides and back, provided the specific number for the cut, then asked for a simple tidy up without reducing the length. However, the end result was a chaotic mess of hair. I knew I was in trouble with my partner now. I just wanted to pay and leave. Spending $25 on a rushed haircut for a 3yo was not worth it, especially considering the poor quality of the cut. I will not return. The young Oceanian man may require additional training. Understanding diverse hair growth styles and patterns would be beneficial. Not all hair is alike, which is why hairdressers undergo training.
