Simply Soothing Massage Therapy New Lynn

Freshly unveiled and situated within Kelston Shopping Centre. What a remarkable experience, the staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The interior may not be lavish, but the quality of the massages more than compensates for it. This was the best massage I've ever had, as they focused on addressing my specific problem areas, rather than following a generic routine like most places. I highly recommend it.

In my own life, this was incredibly uncalming... I had arranged a foot massage for my partner's birthday surprise, weeks ahead, at Kelston Mall. When we arrived, no one knew about the booking, and with only one therapist available, they couldn't assist us. After instructing us to wait on the couch, they promised to find a solution but never returned. I had the contact number of the person I booked with, so I phoned them. He was understanding and apologetic, and I valued his assistance. He mentioned bringing in another therapist from Lynn Mall (which I was hoping to avoid, as we frequent that area quite often:)) and offered us a discount. Eventually, my partner and I agreed to go there, even though the surprise had been spoiled. Upon mentioning the situation, we were given an additional discount and future vouchers, which slightly improved the situation. However, the Lynn Mall venue was not suitable for a couples' foot massage. I sat in a chair and could somewhat relax with my eyes closed, but my partner had to lie on a table facing upwards, with the bright light shining in his eyes throughout. The massage itself was good, but it was difficult to fully unwind at that point. Additionally, amidst the mall noises, the two therapists massaging us were chatting with each other and other staff, occasionally laughing, which did not contribute to relaxation, particularly when unable to understand the language and feeling as though they might be talking about us. Overall, I appreciate the efforts of those who tried to resolve the situation, but the experience was subpar, and I would not revisit that establishment.
