Disrespectful to patrons, subpar quality of work and professionalism. Double-booking appointments and blaming clients. Utterly unprofessional. Mishandled lash applications resulting in glued eyes, clients bleeding from threading, and rough pedicure leading to cut cuticles. Additionally, in New Zealand, the expectation is to converse in ENGLISH, not in-store language. If possible, I'd rate you a negative 10. Terrible establishment.
This hairdresser is the pits. My mum came here for a keratin treatment, but soon after, she had a reaction to the products used. She broke out in red rashes all over and had to rush to her doctor for medication. We strongly advise against going here and expect a refund promptly. After the owner's dismissive response, more concerned about leaving at the end of the day, we will involve the police.
