The customer service is choice and the check-ins before your appointment via phone call, email/txt are quick and informative. Rescheduling is a piece of cake too, the staff are really accommodating to your needs. I have been with Brooke for a while and have loved being her client. She is so bubbly and kind and is so informative and knowledgeable about the treatments she offers. I feel comfortable and safe with Brooke and think she’s an absolute star! I am not stoked with their treatment at all even though they made my hair more coarse and black thick. my hair was so fine before there were heaps. after 14 sessions they grow like man hair. When I asked them they said maybe you have hormonal problems. why didn't you folks tell me before when I decided to do laser? You said not 100 percent reduction but it would be 80 per cent. But it's done nothing for me, it's only made it worse. I wasted so much money on it.👎👎👎
