I was given a voucher for a massage here and had such a lovely time that I have returned. The ladies are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The delightful Lucy has performed both my massages and ensures I am comfortable and the pressure is just right when starting the massage. I have left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated, thank you Lucy and Team :)
I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I arrived with a gift voucher for $200 and purchased a $228 package for a complete body massage and facial. The massage was lackluster. It felt like having lotion gently rubbed into my skin for an hour. There was no pressure or attention to any knots. The room was chilly, with a window open letting in a cool breeze that made it hard to relax. The facial was rushed. The appointment ended 15 minutes early. Ella, the therapist, did not accompany me out or meet me at the counter. She seemed distant right from the start. Perhaps she was hungry.
