After consulting numerous medical professionals, I turned to Paula at Waitakere Foot Henderson in New Zealand. Paula made a significant impact. She listened attentively, showed kindness and understanding, and demonstrated expertise in her field. Identifying nerve damage in my foot drop, she efficiently arranged all necessary ACC equipment. I feel better now than I have in the past 2 and a half years. Additionally, Crystal performed a painless partial nail avulsion. I highly recommend both podiatrists for exceptional treatment and service, including the fantastic receptionist. 5 stars!
Last monday, we visited Christel Masagca in New Zealand. Everything was truly incredible. We brought my mother-in-law to see Christel due to severe toe pain from ingrown nails and infection. Christel was exceptionally understanding of my mother-in-law's low pain tolerance. She skillfully relieved her pain by removing the ingrown nails and treating the infection. It's been a week, and my mother-in-law has had no trouble wearing closed shoes for work and engaging in outdoor activities again. Christel suggested surgery if the ingrown nails persist in the future.
