I had a wonderful experience at this store. The layout is well-designed, creating a bright and clean atmosphere. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall shopping experience. Furthermore, the prices are often surprisingly affordable, making it a great place to shop for various items.
Recently visited the New Plymouth outlet to purchase flannelette sheets. Although I found the sheets I needed in a large bin, I was surprised to discover at the checkout that they were not on sale. This discrepancy was frustrating, especially when other similar products in the bin were not marked differently. Another shopper encountered the same issue and even took photos as evidence. Disappointed, I decided to shop at The Warehouse instead.
This store is satisfactory at best. The aisles are crammed together, making it difficult to navigate efficiently. The lack of a clearly marked 'click and collect' area adds to the confusion. Despite its size, the store seems understaffed, leading to long wait times at the checkout and a lack of assistance on the floor. It appears to prioritize profit over customer experience. Additionally, the prices are exorbitant; comparable or superior quality items can be found at places like NZ Sale for much less.
