Excellent service from the team here. They really know their stuff when it comes to the products I inquire about. The pharmacy staff are also very helpful, and I receive my prescriptions and medications promptly, especially compared to other pharmacies in New Plymouth. This is the only place I visit when shopping for health products.
Consistently excellent service and unbeatable prices with a fantastic selection of high-quality branded products. And you can't beat free prescriptions. Although, I did discover that free prescriptions are only from general practitioners. If you receive a prescription from a specialist, then you have to pay - just a $5 fee per script as far as I remember. Definitely worth a visit, you'll be pleasantly surprised by what they offer.
The pharmacists at the rear are top-notch! They work quickly and accurately. I approached them and mentioned I had swimmer's ear. The gentleman nodded, gestured, and said, "Give Dry Ears a try, it's in aisle 9 on the left. Should sort you out." Let me tell you, that stuff is *amazing*. My ear had been blocked for 3 days. Just ONE spray and it cleared up. I could hear clearly again. The discomfort disappeared. Hats off to the pharmacists at Chemists Warehouse in the Valley (New Plymouth)!
