Got a voucher for my birthday to come here and my gosh best gift ever, Lily did an amazing massage and facial first time I came in and a few since and then today had Mia for a special massage, facial and foot spa treatment and she just made me feel so calm, relaxed and cherished. Purchased a gift voucher for my father, he had the worst time he has ever had at any spa. Bought the voucher for his birthday and have sent multiple emails, as has my dad, but we have not received any response. My dad had to cut the treatment short as it was awful, and the staff seemed untrained. He even had two people working on him at once, which was not what I paid for. This establishment deleted my dad's review, doesn't reply to emails, and refuses to provide a refund. Terrible business, would not recommend.About

Decided on a gel spa Pedi with French tip addition, priced at $70. The spa Pedi in a massage chair was divine, complete with a foot massage. They used 2 lamps for quick painting! Plenty of chairs available for group bookings. Utterly disappointed, went in with my child for a complete foot treatment and a hand pampering session. Firstly, they were unaware that I understood their language, breaking rule number one: never converse in a different language and speak negatively about a patron without knowing their background. Secondly, I had to instruct the manicurist to trim my cuticles and push them back, essentially guiding her on the procedure, which was quite irksome. The salon appeared clean. I paid $65 for a spa pedicure and the removal of old gel. I declined a massage and they offered a partial refund. The spa water was tepid to cold. The male technician used a drill to remove all the old gel, which heats the nail and can cause skin irritation. There was no foot or heel scrub, nor was there any effort to remove old skin. He even used his nail under my toenail to steady my toe while painting, lacking care. Placing my feet into the dryer was done haphazardly, causing my toes to repeatedly hit the equipment's top despite my efforts to avoid it. The nail cuts were uneven, and the color application was poorly done. The whole process felt rushed. Typically, leaving a salon, one's feet and toes feel refreshed and clean. Unfortunately, mine do not. I'll have to scrub them myself.
