Purchased a gift voucher for my father, he had the worst time he has ever had at any spa. Bought the voucher for his birthday and have sent multiple emails, as has my dad, but we have not received any response. My dad had to cut the treatment short as it was awful, and the staff seemed untrained. He even had two people working on him at once, which was not what I paid for. This establishment deleted my dad's review, doesn't reply to emails, and refuses to provide a refund. Terrible business, would not recommend.About

I have just moved here recently to start a new job, and had a lot of stress in my body. I was really in the hands of an expert with Yaya, and could totally let go and enjoy the massage. It really was blissful. I relaxed deeply and went into another place where I could feel so soothed and nurtured by her massage.
