It should have been 45x35mm, but she made it 45x45mm for me. When I asked her to correct it, she seemed unhappy and didn't even cut the photos properly. She then tossed the photos at me. Bought the voucher for his birthday and have sent multiple emails, as has my dad, but we have not received any response. My dad had to cut the treatment short as it was awful, and the staff seemed untrained. He even had two people working on him at once, which was not what I paid for. This establishment deleted my dad's review, doesn't reply to emails, and refuses to provide a refund. Terrible business, would not recommend.About
